This role is focused on generating exceptional user experiences by tackling complex design challenges and guiding the team’s design practice. You will directly influence product outcomes while working collaboratively with product management and engineering.

• Mentor junior designers to elevate their craft

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in product or digital design
• Proven leadership in complex design initiatives
• Experience coaching or mentoring designers
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Comfort in ambiguous environments asking the right questions
