This 12-month contract role involves mentoring teams and supporting their Agile journey. You will provide coaching on methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, lead key Agile ceremonies, and develop training resources for team engagement. By closely monitoring team dynamics, you will identify improvement areas and guide effective implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile workshops and training sessions
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
• Implement key performance metrics to measure success
• Communicate Agile adoption status to management
• Mentor team members in Agile best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years in Agile coaching
• Demonstrated experience in software development teams
• Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, ICP-ACC)
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
