As part of RBC’s Global Functions Technology, you will manage crucial support activities for SAP HR and Finance. Collaborating with multiple teams, you’ll analyze systems and design solutions that foster operational excellence and compliance. Your leadership will drive process improvements and vendor collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support SAP HR & Finance with system installations and configurations
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes
• Monitor SAP application performance metrics and escalate issues
• Implement disaster recovery strategies and improvements
• Identify automation opportunities in support tasks
Requirements:
• Advanced degree with SAP management experience
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Experience managing vendor relationships both onshore and offshore
• Solid analytical skills with a focus on data
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment
