Lead Agile transformations in Fin Tech as a Scrum Master focused on Fraud applications. Join our top financial client to optimize team delivery and ensure strategic alignment.
In this pivotal role, you will guide Agile teams as a Scrum Master, facilitating all ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement initiatives. With at least seven years in delivery roles and deep knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks, your expertise will drive efficiency and effectiveness within the teams. You will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, presenting key insights to enhance project outcomes and manage delivery risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies for focused squads
• Embrace continuous improvement and Agile practices
• Act as a trusted advisor for delivery and project management
• Manage Jira for backlog and sprint progress
• Drive Agile adoption through training workshops
Requirements:
• Agile Certification (CSM®, PSM®)
• 7+ years in delivery roles, with 5+ as Scrum Master
• Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and influence skills
