As a key member of the team, you will design and scale Exa Care's data model, reporting infrastructure, and customer data platform. This role requires strong technical skills in SQL and experience with data analytics to create customer-facing solutions that deliver value. You will lead a high-performing data team while collaborating directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and evolve Exa Care's reporting data model
• Design data schemas for new features
• Define Exa Care's data stack and tooling strategy
• Identify opportunities to productize data insights
• Lead execution for customer-facing data and reporting
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in data product management
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• Strong SQL and relational database design skills
• Experience with BI and reporting tools
• Proven track record of driving data initiatives
