In this senior role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert, leveraging your deep understanding of insurance data to support business needs. Engage with stakeholders to analyze and validate reporting requirements while ensuring data lineage and integrity. You will be responsible for developing sophisticated reporting datasets and translating business needs into effective data models.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Data & Domain SME in insurance subject areas
• Analyze and validate reporting and extraction needs
• Develop and validate complex SQL queries for reporting
• Support UAT and defect resolution processes
• Educate stakeholders on data governance standards
Requirements:
• 15+ years hands-on Reporting/Data Analyst experience
• Proven 7+ years in Property & Casualty Insurance
• Strong SQL and BI tool skills required
• Experience with Guidewire and SAP systems
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
Utilize your data analysis expertise to shape impactful reporting in the P&C insurance space.
