As part of the Home Equity Finance IT team, you will facilitate Scrum practices, ensuring accountability in delivery while managing complex project dependencies. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be key as you navigate stakeholder interactions and oversee project timelines. You will also implement adaptative strategies through retrospectives to improve team velocity continuously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies with focus on project goals
• Empower teams while upholding delivery standards
• Own sprints and track project progress effectively
• Manage and communicate project risks and needs
• Run retrospectives to refine team processes
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in IT with Agile methodologies
• Certified Scrum Master or similarly recognized certification
• Relevant bachelor’s degree required
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Background in large financial settings
