Miller Thomson, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a TPMO Manager for a 12-month contract. This role requires management of the firm’s technology project portfolio, budget oversight, and execution of complex projects aligning with strategic goals. You'll lead a team while partnering with senior leadership to streamline tech sourcing and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead planning and coordination of technology project portfolios
- Manage IT budgets, annual planning, and forecasting
- Guide project managers on scope, schedule, and risk management
- Optimize resource allocation within TPMO and IT delivery
- Support technology sourcing strategies and vendor contracts
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of experience in IT project management
- 3-5 years in a leadership role in TPMO or similar
- Strong financial tracking and reporting expertise
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
