eBay is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee the delivery of complex programs across Search, Product Knowledge, and Memory initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product and engineering roadmaps into actionable plans.
Your role will emphasize managing risks, tracking benchmarks, and iterating on solutions to enhance customers' shopping journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery for Search, Product Knowledge, and Memory programs
• Convert engineering roadmaps into prioritized plans with clear objectives
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies early
• Define benchmarks for program performance and track execution
Requirements:
• 5–7+ years in technical program management or project management
• Experience with data-intensive systems like search and recommendations
• Strong execution skills in planning and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills for technical presentation
• Proficiency with data tools, dashboards, and Jira
