** As a member of the Information Technology (I.T.) team, you’ll work alongside a cross-functional group across the organization. ** The attributes we are looking for:
*** Analyze, understand, and document the business processes in detail where required and identify automation opportunities
* Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements
* Design RPA process solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions
* Design and develop Copilot agents (M365 Copilot Build / Copilot Studio)
* Configure knowledge sources (SharePoint, files, knowledge bases)
* Create prompts, topics, and logic for agent interactions
* Build automation flows using UIPATH and Power Automate
* Test the automated processes with real business scenarios and refine responses
* Create and maintain solution documentation
* Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes
* Communicate with RPA vendors on software-related issues, suggested improvements, and participating with other users in the RPA community
* Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and identify solutions
* Work within project planning constraints and provide timely updates
