Position: Global Security Data Scientist Role
Join Global Security as a Data Scientist to solve complex problems using advanced analytical methods. Focus on building statistical models and leading teams in analysis.

This role requires an advanced data scientist who is skilled in PySpark and Bayesian statistics with at least three years of experience. You will perform statistical inferences and manage junior data scientists while overseeing multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Tackle ambiguous problems with innovative statistical methods

• Construct and optimize sophisticated statistical models

• Publish production-level code with security considerations

• Guide junior data scientists and manage their progress

• Supervise multiple concurrent analytics projects

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and foundational understanding of statistics

• At least 3 years’ experience with Python, Scala, and Py Spark

• Knowledge of machine learning techniques, including anomaly detection

• Recommended exposure to NLP tools and models

• Proficiency in Bayesian statistics
