IT Analyst

Position: People Corporation IT Analyst Role
Become an integral IT Support Analyst at People Corporation in Toronto, specializing in user problem-solving and desktop application training. This in-person, full-time role prioritizes customer satisfaction and technical proficiency.

You will be responsible for managing service tickets, performing Active Directory administration, and providing white-glove support to senior executives. The ability to effectively communicate and follow up on issues ensures our users receive the highest level of service. You'll also coordinate hardware deployments to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage user issues and escalate where needed

• Train users on Office 365 and other applications

• Manage Active Directory user creation and permissions

• Support external clients with various IT needs

• Participate in on-call support rotation

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of IT Service Desk experience required

• Strong understanding of Microsoft systems and applications

• Ability to document technical processes clearly

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Capacity to lift and manage IT equipment
