Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Control Testing Reporting and Operations is a strategic role that bridges testing execution with data-driven insights and process. You'll play a key part in the control testing function, responsible for orchestrating the team's testing activities while transforming raw testing data into actionable intelligence.
What You Will Do- Maintain and update the team's testing schedule
- Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reporting tools
- Perform data analysis on control testing results
- Identify repetitive manual tasks for automation
- Support the build-out of automated reporting templates and testing workflows
- 7+ years of experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, or technology controls within the financial services industry
- At least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity
- Strong understanding of data analytics and governance frameworks
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with scheduling, resource planning, and team capacity management
- 7+ years of experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, or technology controls within the financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of data analytics and governance frameworks
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with scheduling, resource planning, and team capacity management in a structured program environment
- Familiarity with GRC platforms and document management systems
- Exceptional reporting and communication skills
- Professional certifications (CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CIA, or CPA) strongly preferred
