Hybrid UX Researcher

This 6-month contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to a significant digital transformation initiative. You will collaborate with a skilled team of UX designers, product owners, and stakeholders, leading user experience research to drive actionable insights. Your experience in conducting diverse research methodologies will ensure a user-centered approach in the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative UX research
• Manage usability testing, interviews, and survey execution
• Analyze and present research insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate throughout the product development process
• Advocate for evidence-based design strategies
Requirements:
• 4+ years dedicated to UX Research in digital environments
• Strong expertise in usability methods and testing
• Ability to generate insights that inform design choices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Agile team collaboration experience
