Elevate service desk operations as a Support Desk Consultant in a Microsoft-based environment. Optimize ticket management and enhance user support through hands-on technical expertise in Toronto's hybrid setting.
Our client is looking for a Support Desk Consultant to advance daily service desk functions on a 6-month contract basis. This role involves providing technical support, incident management, and process improvements while working closely with internal IT teams and support analysts. You'll manage escalations, optimize workflows, and develop documentation to boost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily service desk operations and ticket management
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues
• Enhance incident management and resolution tracking
• Collaborate with support analysts for process improvement
• Monitor SLA performance and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical support environments
• Strong experience with JIRA Service Management
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Understanding of incident management and process improvement
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
Drive impactful service desk enhancements through your technical skills and team leadership.
