Lead Scrum ceremonies for digital projects, focusing on mobile apps and ecommerce under Agile frameworks. Drive excellence in project delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate critical Scrum ceremonies while ensuring successful delivery of key digital initiatives. This includes the development of mobile apps, websites, and process automation utilizing RPA. You will also oversee the migration of Qlik dashboards to Power BI, enhancing business intelligence and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for project teams
• Manage backlogs and establish sprint goals
• Create Agile dashboards in Azure Dev Ops/JIRA
• Resolve conflicts and coach teams on Agile practices
• Strengthen Agile adoption among staff and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of digital initiatives and reporting tools
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops/JIRA for dashboard management
• Ability to coach teams and colleagues effectively
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
