SAP BW Business Analyst

In this Toronto-based role, you will liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition of sensitive workforce data to a cloud-based platform. You will implement detailed plans, define data mappings, and analyze existing SAP data models, all contributing to a major digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed migration procedures for SAP systems
• Lead stakeholder and vendor meetings to assess requirements
• Coordinate with technical teams on data integrity and transformation
• Review SAP BW queries and extractors for accuracy
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing and validation processes
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Experience with SAP BW and SAP Datasphere migrations
• Knowledge of HR and Payroll data systems
• Proficiency in archival documentation with tools like Confluence
• Strong communication and analytical skills
