Join a dynamic IT Support team as a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst located in Mississauga or Toronto. This hybrid role allows you to work both on-site and remotely while delivering outstanding technical support in English and French.

In this position, you will provide Level 1 support to users by addressing service requests and troubleshooting a variety of technical issues.

Your role includes documenting all incidents and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service desk operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive user experience at every step of the support process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Level 1 technical support across multiple teams

• Address incidents via phone, email, and ticketing systems

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

• Maintain detailed ticket documentation and contribute to improvements

• Coordinate with IT teams on escalated support needs

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written

• 3+ years of experience in a Service Desk or Technical Support capacity

• Proficient in Windows troubleshooting and Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
