This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be within commuting distance of Toronto or Kitchener‑Waterloo for in‑person meetings 1–2 times a quarter. All candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Senior Infrastructure Engineer needed to support our growth and report to the Cloud Lead. You will develop robust, automated infrastructure for deployment, integration, and training data pipelines for our generative AI product.

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining resilient cloud infrastructure
• Managing and automating infrastructure for production and development environments
• Implementing and maintaining monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to streamline CI/CD processes and deployments
• Assisting in designing and implementing data pipelines
• Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to prevent escalation
• Participating in on‑call processes

• 6+ years of comprehensive experience in development, system administration, platform, Dev Ops, or MLOps
• 3+ years of experience managing mission‑critical production systems
• 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and automation (Terraform)
• 3+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or Go
• Experience building or operating controlled execution environments for untrusted code is a significant asset
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of technical and non‑technical practices for agile software development

Base pay range CA $160,000 – CA $180,000 per year. Final compensation will be set based on experience and alignment with responsibilities.
