Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Business Analyst roles on Service Now
• Strong telecommunications industry knowledge required
• Expertise in ITSM and CMDB frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
