PMIS Solution Manager

As a leader in information management within our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to support complex engineering and construction projects. Working within a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will contribute to advancing digital transformation and enhancing project performance across the organization.
Your role- Leads strategic planning and execution of the PMIS implementation roadmap, including aligning the PMIS with the organization's business objectives and ensuring that it supports and enhances project management capabilities.
- Ensures effective communication with all stakeholders, including senior project managers, senior management, and other users of the PMIS.
- Gathers requirements, manages expectations, and ensures that the system meets user needs and adds value to the organization.
- Develops and maintains reporting templates, formats, and standards.
- Ensures integration of the PMIS with other enterprise systems and seamless data flow, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- Establishes strategies for data management, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Conducts user training and manages any organizational changes that arise due to the implementation and use of the PMIS, helping the organization adapt to these changes.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information management, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in developing and implementing data and document management strategies and processes for AEC projects.
- Strong understanding of the AEC industry, including project life cycles, construction processes, and related information management requirements.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction document management.
- Proficiency in using and managing various information management systems commonly used in the AEC industry, such as Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), collaboration platforms, and BIM platforms (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Bentley Project Wise).
- Experience in implementing and optimizing information management systems to support AEC project workflows.
- Knowledge of data and document management principles, including version control, document control, metadata management, and information governance.
- Understanding of information governance principles, including data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Expected compensation for this role is between $100,200 - $137,700 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
