TSYS QA Lead

Position: TSYS QA Lead Contract
Drive quality assurance as a TSYS QA Lead in our Toronto office, focusing on a hybrid work model. Bring your extensive knowledge of TSYS applications to streamline testing processes.

In this contract role, you will be responsible for leading all QA initiatives for both Consumer and Commercial TSYS platforms. This includes defining and implementing comprehensive test strategies across various applications and overseeing integration testing with external vendors. Your leadership in API and MQ testing will be critical in ensuring efficient request handling and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define QA/Test strategy for Consumer and Commercial TSYS platforms

• Oversee test execution and defect management activities

• Lead system integration and end-to-end testing processes

• Conduct API and MQ testing for message validation

• Ensure production readiness and support post-deployment validation

Requirements:

• Strong background in TSYS applications and integration

• Proven experience in API and MQ testing methodologies

• Leadership in QA testing and defect management

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory operational standards

• Contract role located in Toronto, ON
