Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional testing on Salesforce CRM components

• Execute manual and automation testing for  applications

• Develop automation scripts and frameworks using Selenium

• Conduct API testing with tools like Postman and Rest Assured

• Manage test cases and execution metrics using JIRA

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of Salesforce CRM testing experience

• Proficient in Java and OOP concepts

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Git

• Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL queries

• Exposure to GenAI tools for quality engineering
