Reporting to the Head of Fraud within T&O, you will lead a talented team responsible for developing comprehensive fraud management solutions.
Your role will involve defining technology strategy and ensuring integration across platforms to deliver secure and efficient fraud detection. This position requires a blend of technical and managerial skills to meet organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute technology strategies for fraud solutions
• Champion a data-first approach to fraud capabilities
• Ensure high-quality releases through Agile methodologies
• Foster a culture of innovation while ensuring system stability
• Oversee design and integration of scalable architectures
Requirements:
• 10-15 years in technology with advanced responsibilities
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity
• Strong experience in delivering Agile projects
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial services or risk management is a plus
Contribute significatively to shaping secure digital transactions throughout Canada at Interac.
