About the Role
The Salesforce Test Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications by leading testing activities throughout the project lifecycle. This role works closely with business users, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements, identify defects, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate combines Salesforce knowledge, testing expertise, and leadership skills to drive high-quality releases and a positive user experience.
RequiredSkills
- Valuable understanding of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in manual testing and/or test automation.
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
- Good analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Lead and guide the testing team for Salesforce projects.
- Create and manage test plans, test cases, and testing schedules.
- Understand business requirements and ensure all scenarios are tested.
- Work closely with developers, business users, and project stakeholders.
- Review test cases and maintain testing quality.
- Identify, track, and follow up on defects (bugs) until they are resolved.
- Provide regular progress updates to management.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production releases.
