Reporting to the Manager of Project and Product Services – IT, this Scrum Master role requires enabling Agile teams through servant leadership and coaching. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure value delivery, enhancing overall productivity. Successful candidates will leverage Agile methodologies and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Product Owner to refine product backlogs
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications
• Monitor Agile metrics to improve team performance
• Protect teams from disruptions during sprints
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years as Scrum Master for enterprise projects
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile practices
• Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops and Jira tools
• Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
