Senior IT Contracts Manager

Our client is seeking a skilled Manager for Contracts Management within Enterprise Platform Services. This position, focused on a 12-month contract, requires strong experience in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and technology procurement. You will ensure compliance while managing the lifecycle of technology-related contracts and liaising with stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all contract-related requests, including NDAs and MSAs

• Review and negotiate technology-related contracts for compliance

• Lead discussions with stakeholders to meet business needs

• Oversee contract life cycles and vendor engagements

• Analyze supplier agreements and report on KPIs

Requirements:
