Position: Technical Controls Lead with Global Travel
Become a key player as a Technical Controls Lead for Insight Global. This long-term contract role involves leading Phase 1 integration efforts and extensive travel to Sweden and Ohio.

As a Technical Controls Lead, you will support remote installations and be the primary technical interface with customers in multi-phase programs.

Your role focuses on complex systems, including PLCs, robotics, and vision systems. The position requires proactive troubleshooting and a robust understanding of automation technologies to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Phase 1 integration activities in Cambridge

• Own system-level understanding across PLCs and robotics

• Serve as a technical lead during installations

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues independently

• Collaborate with integration teams in project phases

Requirements:

• Eligible for 10 CFR 810 clearance

• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically

• 15+ years in automation with leadership experience

• Proven experience with remote installations

• Strong senior technical authority capabilities
