As a Junior Support Analyst, you will provide necessary support in the dynamic environment of Capital Markets. This hybrid role allows you to manage service tickets, coordinate meetings, and assist leadership with their calendars. Your contributions will enhance team efficiency and help maintain a high-volume workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule various team meetings
• Document minutes from project meetings
• Triage service tickets and provide status reports
• Oversee the Director’s calendar and email management
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding for team members
Requirements:
• At least 2 years experience in a relevant role
• Proficiency with email and calendar management tools
• Experienced in scheduling meetings and events
• Understanding of ticketing and reporting processes
• Banking or Capital Markets background is a plus
