Join Hearing Life as a Technical Support Associate to provide invaluable IT support services to users. You will be responsible for addressing technical issues across both remote and on-site settings throughout Canada.
This role is essential in reporting directly to the IT Manager, including Level 1 support for user inquiries and system troubleshooting. Your impact includes timely resolution of user requests and assistance with onboarding activities, making technical tasks smooth for colleagues. Collaboration with IT team members and vendors will be critical in delivering efficient services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the go-to person for IT support inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Log all support requests in the ticketing system
• Provide device setup and maintenance for users
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant IT help desk experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
• Certifications like CompTIA or HDI are advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus
• Capacity to lift and transport equipment as necessary
