TEHORA recherche un technicien junior pour intervenir dans la gestion du support aux utilisateurs. Votre rôle inclura l'installation de matériel, le soutien technique de premier niveau et la documentation précise des interventions menées. Vous apporterez également votre aide aux équipes techniques pour résoudre divers incidents informatiques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assurer l'installation des postes informatiques
• Réaliser un support technique de qualité
• Documenter les interventions effectuées
• Collaborer pour résoudre les incidents techniques
Requirements:
• DEP en soutien informatique reconnu
• Au moins six mois d'expérience en assistance
