Orion seeks a skilled Scrum Master to empower development teams with Agile frameworks. Drive team productivity and navigate challenges while ensuring successful project delivery.
In this role, you will act as a servant-leader, supporting the Senior Scrum Master to enhance team effectiveness through Agile coaching. Your focus will be on facilitating core Scrum ceremonies and removing obstacles that hinder progress. You'll engage with stakeholders to cultivate a psychologically safe workspace that fosters high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Demos
• Mentor teams to solve complex problems collaboratively
• Lead initiatives to optimize processes and workflows
• Track team progress and metrics continuously
• Assist Product Owners with release and sprint planning
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven project management and scheduling skills
• Excellent communication at various organizational levels
• Conflict-resolution skills for building trust and safety
