Your skills in SQL, troubleshooting, and application support tools like Service Now will be pivotal in maintaining system integrity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee L2 incident and problem management processes
• Diagnose application issues through log analysis
• Perform root cause analysis for complex defects
• Maintain and support OnBase application modules
• Ensure system health and manage batch/job monitoring
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in application support and incident management
• Proficiency with Hyland OnBase and SQL querying
• Knowledge of integration support and document lifecycle
• Familiarity with ITIL and service operation models
• Experience in financial services is an advantage
