Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct testing to validate Windows operating systems and hardware

• Document test results and present findings to the team
• Execute Windows deployment scripts and automation workflows
• Ensure consistency and reliability in testing outcomes
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in an endpoint support role
• Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with Power Shell scripting for automation
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or Hyper-V
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
