At Tata Consultancy Services, you will manage customer support initiatives, using your knowledge of End User Computing Devices and Remote Desktop Client Software. Your hands-on experience will be key in addressing infrastructure issues while proactively maintaining high user satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who can anticipate customer needs and creatively resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate technical support calls for clients
• Troubleshoot issues related to desktop and laptop hardware
• Ensure effective network and VPN connectivity
• Participate in Active Directory and desktop engineering functions
• Manage VMware troubleshooting tasks
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in troubleshooting VMware and VDI
• Comprehensive knowledge of End User Computing Devices
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer focus
• Experience in resolving technical infrastructure issues
