Level 2 Technical Support Engineer - O365/Azure

As a vital member of the Customer Success department, you'll leverage over three years of advanced IT support experience.
Your role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues and documenting effective solutions. Also, your Power Shell scripting skills will enhance ongoing product updates and features.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely responses to customer technical inquiries
• Work closely with Level 1 support team for escalations
• Identify and troubleshoot software/hardware issues
• Document support processes for future reference
• Test new product features and enhancements
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of advanced IT support experience
• Proficient in Power Shell scripting
• Strong knowledge of O365, Azure, and Exchange
• Expertise in servers, firewalls, and networking
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
