As a Project Manager specializing in Service Now, you will direct complex ITSM projects at K2 Services, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. You should possess strategic leadership experience, adept problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among various teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technical projects emphasizing Service Now implementations
• Facilitate Agile delivery processes, including daily stand-ups
• Create project schedules and manage resources effectively
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and engineering teams
• Track project status and communicate issues to senior management
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of project delivery experience with Service Now
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field
• PMP certification preferred, Agile certification a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
