Position: Hybrid Program Manager Role
Join an innovative team as a Program Manager in Scarborough, Ontario. This hybrid position focuses on a critical cross-functional compensation initiative for a top-tier enterprise client.

We seek a polished professional with 4 to 8 years of program management experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm. Your ability to lead diverse teams and navigate complex environments will be key to the program's success. A solid understanding of End-to-End compensation processes is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage detailed project plans tracking progress

• Facilitate discussions in cross-functional team meetings

• Proactively pinpoint risks and implement strategies

• Record technical and business requirements accurately

Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years of proven program/project management experience

• Strong background in consulting, especially Big 4

• Exceptional ability to communicate and present ideas

• Familiarity with End-to-End compensation processes is a plus

• Bonus: experience with Salesforce/Org
