As an IT Support Specialist, you will manage device setups, Microsoft 365 administration, and user provisioning for project staff. With 2-5 years of relevant experience, your expertise in troubleshooting and network infrastructure will support this innovative transit initiative in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to IT support requests from project personnel
• Set up and configure various IT devices
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts and access
• Oversee monitoring of cloud and on-site server health
• Maintain IT documentation and asset registers
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science preferred
• 2-5 years in IT Support or Helpdesk roles
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration
• Understanding of network fundamentals and Windows Server
• Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking capability
