Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the escalation point for complex service desk incidents

• Support AV and user environment technologies to ensure reliability

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 3 years in technical support or service desk roles

• Proficiency in scripting with Power Shell, Python, or similar

• Required certifications: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Network+

• Knowledge of Azure functions and networking technologies
