Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced end-user IT troubleshooting support
• Oversee daily operations and service performance
• Coordinate with management on escalations and outages
• Document incidents and solutions in Service Now
• Collaborate with IT teams for efficient issue resolution
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of IT support experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills on various technologies
• Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Capital Markets support is an asset
