Enhance client satisfaction as a Senior Consultant for Work Force Solutions us on configuring and implementing innovative software solutions that address specific business needs.
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you’ll utilize your 4-6 years of experience in Work Force Management to navigate complex software deployments.
Your role includes leading requirement-gathering efforts, managing project timelines, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll also harness your programming knowledge to create effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Work Force Suite software for various clients
• Conduct business requirement workshops and create BRDs
• Analyze existing software systems and implement efficient changes
• Track multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Conduct testing and handle administrative challenges
Requirements:
• 4-6 years in Work Force Management software implementations
• Programming skills in JavaScript and/or SQL
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
• Up to 10% travel requirement
