IT Test Manager

Position: IT Test Manager - Contract
Join our team as an IT Test Manager in Toronto, where you'll lead QA efforts in a dynamic environment. This contracting role combines testing and project management.

We are looking for an IT Test Manager to help drive quality assurance initiatives on a one-year contract. This hybrid role requires a solid background in Agile methodologies and project management for coordinating large-scale testing projects. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams will ensure that quality standards are upheld and issues are mitigated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute testing strategies using Agile and Waterfall

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality defects

• Ensure compliance with QA testing standards and practices

• Manage QA projects and facilitate status reporting meetings

• Build and maintain dashboards for stakeholders' visibility

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in QA management

• Proficiency in ALM, Jira, and QTest tools

• Strong knowledge of automated testing processes

• Excellent reporting and communication skills

• Experience managing programs in fast-paced environments
