Key Responsibilities:

• Build and grow a high-performing ML engineering team

• Monitor and optimize performance of deployed machine learning models

Requirements:

• 10+ years in machine learning, building end-to-end ML systems

• 3+ years in leadership roles with hands-on technical work

• MSc or Ph.D. in relevant fields or equivalent experience

• Expertise in deep learning, Tensor Flow, or Py Torch

• Strong skills in statistical concepts and ML performance metrics
