Key Responsibilities:

• Own machine learning models from problem framing to live endpoint

• Build and manage model training pipelines for deployment

• Monitor model quality and address drift in production

• Rigorously evaluate model performance and validate results

• Collaborate with teams on integration and rollout of models

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of experience in building machine learning models

• Proficiency in Python and deploying production-grade models

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required

• Strong grasp of production ML fundamentals

• Authorized to work in Canada
