Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize end-to-end workflows in the Agile Release Train

• Conduct program-level events including retrospectives

• Align business strategies with Program Increment goals

• Monitor and address risks and dependencies

• Coach teams on effective Agile methods
Requirements:

• Over 8 years in Agile program management

• Minimum 5 years in Agile delivery tools and practices

• Expertise in large-scale event facilitation

• Familiarity with SAFe and delivery governance

• Strong stakeholder communication skills
