Position: Agile Technical Project Manager Role
Drive Agile delivery in a Technical Project Manager position with TEKsystems, based in Toronto, Canada. This hybrid contract role emphasizes service integration and project clarity across teams.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will facilitate a service mapping initiative while fostering collaboration and maintaining high delivery standards. Your responsibilities will include tracking progress, managing risks, and leading Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex service relationships across multiple infrastructure layers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own a comprehensive project roadmap

• Track project progress and manage risks effectively

• Lead sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies

• Manage Jira backlogs and document processes in Confluence

• Introduce Agile standards and best practices for the team
Requirements:

• Experience transitioning from technical roles to project management

• Strong organizational and planning capabilities

• Proficient with Jira and Confluence tools

• Stakeholder communication expertise required

• Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively
