DevOps II - Incident Management Expert

In this vital role, you will ensure high availability of our products, actively managing production incidents from start to finish. You will be expected to apply your Java expertise to implement and test code changes and utilize logging tools for effective troubleshooting. Your experience with cloud providers and CI/CD operations will enable you to enhance our team’s effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the triage and resolution of production incidents

• Fix defects in Java applications with code changes

• Use monitoring basics for swift troubleshooting

• Support CI/CD activities, analyzing pipeline logs

• Communicate effectively during high-severity events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related

• 3 to 5 years in operations or Dev Ops

• Expertise in Java for application fixes

• Familiarity with cloud computing and containers

• Strong documentation and communication skills
