Elevate your career as an OnBase Application Support Analyst in Toronto, ON, focusing on L2 incident management in a hybrid work setting. This full-time role supports the optimization of the OnBase platform.
We are looking for an experienced Hyland OnBase Support Engineer skilled in enterprise content management. You will troubleshoot complex application incidents, applying your SQL expertise to resolve issues while maintaining compliance with SLA guidelines.
Your role will involve collaboration with IT operations and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze logs and resolve L2 incidents promptly
• Handle configuration changes and system upgrades
• Monitor queues and ensure system stability
• Support application integrations with upstream systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements
Requirements:
• Expertise in OnBase application management
• Proficient in SQL for data issue resolution
• Experience with Service Now or ITSM platforms
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based service models
• Basic scripting knowledge for automation
Contribute valuable support and optimization skills to enhance the OnBase platform's performance and reliability.
