Reporting to the Manager, you will provide daily support, manage equipment deployment, and create necessary diagrams for IT setups. This role requires your strong customer service skills and technical knowledge, ensuring effective IT operations throughout job sites and corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive IT support for corporate and branch operations
• Manage setup and deployment of new equipment
• Design diagrams for meeting room and workstation setups
• Oversee IT equipment reclaim and decommissioning
• Support joint ventures and create project estimates
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Information Services or equivalent
• Experience with HP, Cisco, Juniper, Lenovo, and Apple
• Strong knowledge of ITIL is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and Windows 11
• Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively
